Description
This is a kit of the Section House located at Matterhorn, Colorado, on the Rio Grande Southern. On both the D&RGW and RGS, small groups of buildings were located along the railroad as living quarters for the section crews responsible for track maintenance. A section town would consist of a section house (where the foreman and his family would live), a bunkhouse for the track crews, a coal house, tool house used to store equipment and a hand car, and several outhouses.
The Foot Print is 5"x5" with the steps and porch.
This is a LaserCut kit, the base is cast resin, shingles are laser cut also.
